The Duplex Cottages are 1060 SqFt with attached garage and deck. Both models have windows on three sides, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

The Duplex A has a great-room opening to the deck through the double Andersen doors. Many residents have elected to use the great-room as a formal living and dining room. There is still a small eating area next to the kitchen that may be used for informal dining.
The Duplex B has a separate formal dining room adjacent to the kitchen separated by cabinets with a counter top. The dining area opens through the double Andersen doors to the deck and garden area in the back.
